🕰️ Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging
With proof of purchase

Please contact us at info@homestylebeauty.com before sending any items back. Items sent without prior notice may not be accepted.

💷 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect on your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at info@homestylebeauty.com.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Beauty products that have been opened or used
Personalised or custom-made items
Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

📦 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
